Founder of HC Concrete, Jon brings over two decades of concrete construction expertise to every project. He ensures all projects meet rigorous standards for schedule, budget, and quality control. Jon’s commitment to trusted craftsmanship is evident as he oversees daily operations while maintaining strict quality benchmarks and surpassing client expectations. This dedication reinforces HC Concrete's reputation for reliable, detail-focused execution. 

Brunella is a seasoned global finance executive with deep expertise in optimizing operations and building high-performing financial systems. She brings strategic vision, strong leadership, and data-driven decision-making to HC Concrete’s financial performance. Known for clarity and precision, she manages multi-million dollar budgets and drives long-term growth across the organization.

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in construction, sales, and project leadership. With a background in engineered formwork and business development, he leads large-scale project execution with precision, safety, and client-focused results. Tim holds a B.S. in Business from The University of Alabama and has been with HC since 2019.

James brings a rare combination of financial strategy, operational leadership, and engineering experience to HC Concrete. Since 2021, he has led internal systems, forecasting, and process optimization—driving efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings. He holds master’s degrees in both Finance and Mathematics, and a proven record of cross-functional leadership.

Alicia brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction safety leadership. She oversees jobsite safety, compliance, training, and inspections across all projects. With deep expertise in safety management systems, supervision, and field operations, Alicia ensures every HC Concrete crew works with confidence, clarity, and a commitment to going home safe.
